A violent single vechile accident caused the death of a 40 year old Soddy-Daisy man early Wensday morning around 4:15.

Jeffery Scott Brown who turns 40 on Thursday was traveling south on 153 and approached the intersections of Gadd Road at apparently a good of speed according to police. There was no signs of skid markers, usually indicating the brakes where not applied. Early speculation has he either lost control or fell asleep. The vechile crashed into pole in the Eckerd parking lot. The collision with the pole caused sever damage to the pole and several lights at the intersection. As of 9:00 o’clock city and E.P.B. workers where still working on put the area back to normal. Brown was said to be wearing his seat belt according and the wreck was under investigation according to police.
